General Guidelines
Original, unpublished papers will be considered. Submitted papers will be evaluated by members of the Program Committee for presentation at the Conference and for publication in the Proceedings of the Conference.

Please see the section on Conference Topics to make sure that your proposed paper is appropriate for the Conference. If you are unsure, you may email a summary of your proposed paper for a preliminary evaluation by one of the Conference Co-Chairs prior to submitting the paper.

Complete papers should be submitted by email to one of the Conference Co-Chairs. PDF and Microsoft Word documents are acceptable, but please contact one of the Conference Co-Chairs if you wish to use some other format. Upon acceptance more detailed instructions will be mailed to you. We intend to distribute the Proceedings to all participants at the beginning of the Conference.

Final papers are limited to ten or fewer pages within the Proceedings. Each page of the Proceedings may contain about 500 words without figures.

Language of the Conference
The language of the Conference will be English. All papers must be written and presented in English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Length of Talks, Facilities
Each presentation will be limited to 15 minutes, with 5 minutes following for discussion. Projectors of various types (computer, overhead, slide, video) will be available at the Conference site for speakers to use in their presentations.
Deadlines
Submission of Completed Papers: 15 November 2009
Notification of Acceptance of Papers: 10 December 2009
Final submission of Completed Papers: 10 January 2010
Official Acceptance of Papers: 20 January 2010
